All the logs are currently installed in the Drag Lake dam to help recover water levels from a record dry spring, and now we have had 3" of rain. The result - Drag Lake has hit the historical high water mark! (See cewf.ca, link to Parks Canada web site, Burnt River).
Having spoken to the TSW people, they are aware of the situation, and taking action. The hydroelectric generating station has been turned on at full capacity to stabilize and lower the water levels, and if necessary, additional logs will be removed.
Meanwhile, watch your docks and shoreline, and stay tuned - cewf.ca
